Norse Boot Camps

If you are looking for a something a little bit different and like the idea of physically challenging yourself outside in a group setting, why not try Norse Boot Camps?  For the past 4 Years, Liz has been running 3 Clavering based Boot Camps a week.  Some of our regular Norse Boot campers have now completed 250 plus boot camps!

What Are Norse Boot Camps

  • 60 minute outdoor group sessions

  • A mix of Cardiovascular/Fitness work, Strength/Resistance Training and Agility work

  • Fun outdoor sessions which use body weight exercises, plus equipment like tyres, battle ropes, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls and Dumbbells

  • Suitable for all abilities, over 16 years old, men and women

  • Rewards given for achiever benchmarks, e.g. 10, 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 completed Norse Boot Camps.

No block booking required, just show up to the venue with suitable clothing and a drink!
