We take safeguarding very seriously and work hard to make sure all young people feel safe, respected, and supported at all times.
What does safeguarding mean?
Safeguarding means protecting you from harm, including:

Understand how to work safely with young people

Are trained to spot and respond to safeguarding concerns

We are committed to creating a training environment where young people feel safe, confident, and empowered.

We have attended and completed up to date Safe guarding training - Please see certificate attached

We have a current and valid DBS certificate - Please see attached
Our Insurance
In order for our insurance to cover your minor while in our care at Norse, we need you as their parent/guardian, to give us prior written consent that you are happy for them to participate in personal training/boot camp session.
Please therefore read each statement below, complete your details and hit the submit button at the bottom of the page to acknowledge your understanding.

You give consent for your child to participate in a Norse personal Training and/or Boot camp session

You give consent, if you choose, to not be present when your child is participating in a Norse personal Training and/or Boot camp session

Your child's Personal Training/ Boot camp classes are non-refundable & non-transferable

Your child may participate only after payment

The PARQ has been completed and reviewed
Parent / Guardian Consent & Acknowledgement
By giving consent, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child named below.
You understand that participation in sport or physical exercise involves a risk of accident or injury, and you accept and assume all risks connected with your child’s participation.
You confirm that the child in your care:

Is in good health
-
Has no physical or medical condition that would limit their ability to take part in Norse Personal Training or Boot Camp sessions, except where disclosed on the PAR-Q form
You give full consent for your child to participate in Personal Training and/or Boot Camp sessions provided by Norse Personal Training Limited.
You also confirm that:

You give permission for your child to take part with or without your physical presence, should you choose not to remain on site during the session
