During her illustrious career, she earned over 30 caps representing her nation at the highest echelons of competition in two distinct sports. With a career spanning two decades, Liz has seamlessly navigated the Fitness Industry in both the UK and the United States, honing her skills and expertise.

"Liz's Passion for Sports Excellence and Achievements"

Liz's lifelong dedication to sport has encompassed a diverse range of disciplines, including Athletics, Swimming, Squash, Bobsleigh, and Strong Woman events. Her journey began at the age of 18 when she secured a prestigious sports scholarship for athletics at an American university. Over the next five years, Liz not only pursued her academic endeavors but also excelled as a collegiate athlete, earning the title of a two-time All American.

At the same age, Liz received her first call to represent the Great British Athletic Team in the Hammer throwing event, marking the beginning of a decade-long commitment to professional athletics. During this time, she proudly competed for Team GB in various international games and events, showcasing her exceptional skills on the global stage.

In 2002, Liz ventured into the challenging Winter Olympic sport of Bobsleigh, where she achieved the distinction of twice being crowned British Champion. Her journey in Bobsleigh included numerous appearances representing Team GB, including participation in the World Championships held in Austria.

More recently, Liz has dominated Strong Woman events in the South East of England, clinching victory on multiple occasions.

Leveraging the invaluable knowledge and extensive training she gained throughout her elite sporting career, Liz is committed to helping her clients unlock their full potential and achieve their goals, no matter how ambitious they may be.

Liz's Credentials and Qualifications

  • REPS accredited Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training

  • REPS accredited Level 2 Gym Instructor

  • Diploma in Sports Massage

  • First Aid at Work Certificate

  • Kettlebell Instructor Qualification

  • Pad Work Training Qualification

  • BSC in Psychology

  • MSc in Cognitive Neuropsychology

  • Member of REPS (Registration of Exercise Professionals)
